Rude, overbearing, and lied to make a sale. Salesman became upset when prospective purchaser asked questions about a ‘as traded’ sale and pressured the buyer into signing off on the payments. Furthermore he consistently told the buyer to attend the dealership to secure a better interest rate on the sale. The buyer drive 2 hours to be told nothing of the sort. When does a sales manager set the interest rate on a bank loan. Complaint laid with the general manager to no avail he only argued minute dynamics and failed to answer questions about the misquoted information and other details. More
