Excellent Service Department After purchasing a new 2104 Ram 1500 Sport from the 'other' dealer in town, I have had nothing but poor shifting and vibration problems. After fighting with the service department at the dealership where I purchased the truck, I took it to Crestview and the experience has been excellent. So far it has a new transmission, new axles, and multiple tire balance- all done at Crestview. They have worked tirelessly trying to get the truck into the new condition it should have been from the factory. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Brooks and the rest of the service team.
