great service and friendly staff I feel that we got low balled on our trade in but i can appreciate the type of business. I feel that we got misleaded into the deal.with the finance p I feel that we got low balled on our trade in but i can appreciate the type of business. I feel that we got misleaded into the deal.with the finance people as i ended up paying about 3500 in penalties. My mind was not working and the deal got pushed too quickly. Other than the finance department salesman was great and followed up.to make sure we were happy with the vehicle at least 3 times. Bought a brand new ram 2500 Went in and dealt with sales and was almost painless. On the spot I was given options that suited what I was interested in and within the afternoon a Went in and dealt with sales and was almost painless. On the spot I was given options that suited what I was interested in and within the afternoon a trade in deal was done and I drove my new truck home that night. Only down side is the service provided after I purchased the truck. Both service employes and the manager were extremely difficult and were not cooperative to my needs and concerns. As someone who works in a similar industry customer satisfaction is a priority and is something that crestveiws service department needs work on. More
