Azzaz has been knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly patient with me on my current quest to find a very specific vehicle in a low price range. My interactions with him have been the best experience I have ever had at a Regina dealership—and I've been purchasing vehicles for over 25 years now. Thank so much, Azzaz! More

The after-sale at Crestview is absolutely horrible and very underwhelming. My wife purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee in 2020. On the evening of Friday, Aug. 18, the Jeep became inoperable. It would not respond to any signals from either key fob. When we contacted the 24-hour emergency line provided as part of the three-year warranty, we waited for more than 40 mins before speaking with someone. We finally managed to get the Jeep towed to Crestview. According to the Crestview site, the Service Centre (Quicklane) was open from 8 -2pm on Saturday. We called the Service line at 8am but no one answered, so we left a message. After an hour we called back, only to have the call go unanswered again. Again, we left a message. By 1030am my wife called the dealership section, only to be told by a salesperson that the service centre was not open on Saturday. Crestview may want to change that on their site. My wiife explained to the salesperson the issue we were experiencing, told be told to call back on Monday. She enquired about a courtesy or rental vehicle in the meantime, again only to be told to call back on Monday. Considering we are paying over $60k for this Jeep, we expected better service than this. On Monday we ended up having to contact Crestview's Service Centre numerous times before someone finally called us back. After a "tech" looked at the Jeep, it was determined that the two internal batteries in the Jeep were low on charge. For the price of $333, both batteries were charged. When I enquired whether the Jeep's warranty would cover this cost, I was informed it would not. So much for the warranty! I then reminded the Service rep that they installed this new battery into the Jeep less than two years ago, so surely there would be warranty on the new battery. Nope. I guess the battery warranty covers everything but, well, batteries, too. So, now we were stuck with a $333 bill, no service whatsoever from Crestview, and a strong desire to never purchase another vehicle from Crestview as they clearly do not back their vehicles or parts once the customer has parted with their money.
