My recent experience with David in the service department when I checked in and checked out was not only pleasant but also very informative. Concerned for the safety for my daughter and myself with the two Ford vehicles we purchased he provided me with detailed answers concerning the recalls without being condescending. I have had cars from GM and Chrysler but Ford is the only one that has bothered to contact me with written notification so that I can make certain they corrected the issue. When I mentioned to David an unusual sound issuing from the car he did not dismiss it but made certain the car was inspected which ensured my peace of mind. Such good service encourages continued loyalty. More
