Brook also went that extra mile in facilitating obtaining a repair Quote on unrelated rear scratches. All were handled professionally by Brook! 3 days for 4 hours work my 2017 Escape was recently in for a check engine light (that turned out to be a wastegate sensor) and an oil change. After having my truck for 8 hour my 2017 Escape was recently in for a check engine light (that turned out to be a wastegate sensor) and an oil change. After having my truck for 8 hours I was called and told the vehicle needed to come back because the "engine tech" wasn't available to do the work (??). I was rebooked, and went home to look up the job that needed to be done, the job look fairly simple, and if the vehicle wasn't under warranty I probably would have done it myself, various website quote it as a 3 hour job. My vehicle came back in, and I was called at 10:05 in the morning, and I expected to hear that the vehicle was finished. I was instead informed that they needed to order the part?? I find it strange that the computer diagnostic indicates which part is the failure, yet they seemed to not understand that the part would be needed for the repair. When I questioned ALEX about this he claimed that they needed to run a diagnostic to find out, When I told him that wasn't true, and that I knew what they needed, and that it was a simple repair, he became aggressive and argumental. so my truck had to stay for a 3rd day. On the 3rd day I received a voicemail at 9:55 that the vehicle was finished (it really was a simple 3 hour job). I had to work late, and when I tried for over an hour to speak with someone in service. When I finally got through at 6:45, the two employees who were there bent over backwards to get a shuttle to pick me up (ALEX didn't put me on a pickup list). These 2 women, and the driver who stayed late to come get me are the only bright spot in this stain. More

Peter who I wish to thank for aiding me in choosing my Escape 3 years ago always goes the extra mile, makes sure I am looked after, and when there is a question he is always there to answer it .The Service dept. are awesome people, David and the boys are pros. Every encounter we have had with Courtesy has been nothing but pleasant. From the phone calls to the personal one on one with each employee that I have had contact with. I will keep using and purchasing there in the future. Whatever they are doing, it’s working! I am so glad that they just get it. So often we spend our time complaining about things that didn’t work out for us...I think it's important to let people know how much they ARE appreciated.
