I bought a new Edge July18,2024. It was brought in from another dealership. There were many paint defects which I brought to the attention of the salesperson. Still dealing with thi It was brought in from another dealership. There were many paint defects which I brought to the attention of the salesperson. Still dealing with this issue 5 weeks later. I am now told it will be September before anything will be done. This should have been noticed and dealt with before I took possession of the car. The repairs will be at my inconvenience. The Ford body shop in St. Thomas has been frustrating to deal with. I have had to place several calls to find out when the repair will take place since no one calls me back to let me know what's happening. In hindsight I should have refused to drive the car off the lot but all the paperwork was done and signed and they had my trade in! More
