Excellent Carol Matous assisted me with the purchase of a new 2017 Ford Escape. She reviewed all options available to me and I decided to lease at this time. My decision was made based on the knowledge that Carol was able to share with us from a salesrep position. A comparison of similar vehicles was also shared with me ensuring that I had a strong understanding of the benefits of leasing the Ford Escape. Upon deliver I I had a minor issue with the vehicle within the first week. Service was required. She went over and above to ensure that I was well taken care and that I did not incur any out of pocket expense. Over the Christmas break I required service again. I called Carol at home. She gave me the number of the service manager and followed up to ensure that the problem was resolved. I found Carol to be very dedicated to your clients and someone who continues to assist after the deal is completed should there be a need. More
