Exceptional + extra ordinary + Courteous + Friendly= Dan Bee I never thought I will leave a review like this for a dealership or a sales man EVER, but here it is and credit goes to Dan Bee and Ryan Batte. It wa I never thought I will leave a review like this for a dealership or a sales man EVER, but here it is and credit goes to Dan Bee and Ryan Batte. It was a snowy snowy day when we walked into dealership, I was expecting to receive a cold response from sales person when I saw him first time. Dan Bee literally surprised me by warm welcome he gave to me and my family. We were there for a full size SUV and he patiently pulled SUV's one by one to to garage to show us. We spent around 20 minutes on each SUV. We have 3 kids and checked 3rd row seats [by having kids to go inside each vehicle and getting their feedback on third row seats] of every SUV and it was time consuming. Dan was standing with us ALL time in that cold garage and explaining features one by one. To our surprise, he was ready to show us more vehicle and that moment we decided that we are going to give our business to this nice gentleman. As a person who knows how dealership works and someone who buys vehicle all the time [ 5th car/SUV in last 2 years:) ]; absolute no bull / drama here at Courtesy Ford - very straight forward dealings! Gave a reasonable offer, came back with their offer and we accepted understanding it's fair price. Usually dealership will try to grab money right away by asking to put a deposit (even before allowing us to put an offer) , these guys didn't asked me deposit at all BUT I called in next day myself and told them to take deposit; -these people knows how to trust their prospective customers which is amazing! Ryan Batte helped us with 'taking money' part [lol] a very nice gentleman who alleviated our purchasing tensions with his innocent jokes :) . He explained financing and warranty options very nicely but we took another route. Overall, very pleasant experience with him.Regards to your little ones, Ryan! When I went to pick up the vehicle, found it's "certified clean" but inside was bit mess. Dan wasn't involved in 'cleaning check' process, so he took up that task to get my vehicle completely cleaned inside out in 3 hours. He told me he even joined with crew to clean the vehicle - talk about professionalism! It's a full size SUV, but he courteously put full tank of gas and handed over vehicle with a smile. Dan called me after 3 days to check how's thing going and I am really satisfied and happy that I gave my business to Dan and to a local London company. Thank you Dan and Ryan for you awesome service and also thanking Courtesy Ford (Dan told it's a family business and good job guys keeping that 'family' touch ).
