They answered all my questions and went above and beyond at making me feel comfortable. I am loving my new Ford Focus! One of the most amazing things I experienced was when Dan drove all the way across the city to my place of work to bring me windshield washer because they forgot to give it to me when I picked it up. If that isn't customer service I don't know what is! Matt was also great to work with. Together we worked to get my payment where I wanted it. He never pressured me to buy anything extra but also was very throughout about some extra 'benefits' I might want. I feel safe and secure knowing my money and my car is in good hands at Ford! More
