A friendly, professional experience from start to finish. After shopping around at other dealerships, I stopped at Courtesy Ford because they had a Ford Fusion that I was looking into. Other dealers that I lo After shopping around at other dealerships, I stopped at Courtesy Ford because they had a Ford Fusion that I was looking into. Other dealers that I looked at were far too pushy and misleading about the price in the car and was looking for someone who enjoys their job and trying not to get another sale. While I was meeting with Kenny, he was very friendly and up front with the car. He showed up the carproof report and wrote out a detailed summary of everything that I would be getting and paying for. Kenny even took care of the bumper damage and fixed it like new. The car took a little longer than expected to be ready and delivered, and there were some delays in getting the manual and second set of keys but Kenny took care of it promptly and efficiently. Never did I get redirected to someone else, Kenny took care of everything himself. Even after a week, a car issue came up with the blower motor and Kenny offered me his car to drive for the night while they fixed it at no charge. The end result was an immaculate looking, Ruby Red Fusion! This is a great dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking into getting a Ford. Thanks a lot Kenny and only a few more years left til your retirement! More

Glass was not properly cleand and interior surfaces were smudged. Not a big deal but I expected more, especially with a brand new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Moe and was also happy to work with George on the after saleaving details. I've since recommended Courtesy and Moe to my brother in la who also recently purchased a vehicle. All in all my family has purchased 6 vehicles from Courtesy in the past 5 years and they have all be great experiences. More
