I have had all of my cars serviced at Courtesy on a regular basis (oil change every 3 months) in addition to any problems that happen in between. The service department has always been very prompt, efficient in their resolving our problem(s), even in an emergency when I have had trouble "pop" up. And they have always given a thorough explanation of the bill after the work has been completed. We will be looking at purchasing another vehicle sometime this year, so I will be relying on Mr. Kenny Haynes to help us as he has in the past. Yes, I am a very Happy Customer!!
