After doing some thinking I realized I would be better off with a truck, and after discussing this change of heart with Dan he was extremely helpful in helping me decide on the right truck. Even though there are many other Ford dealers closer to me, I was so impressed with the quality of service and outstanding experience I received from Dan in the sales department, and Adel in the Finance department that I chose to buy my new F250 from Courtesy and it was 110% worth the drive! Everyone in the store is very friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and they really go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the second-largest purchase in my life. They are changing the game of your traditional dealership and it is so refreshing to deal with a family-owned and operated business rather than a dealership that is part of a dealer group.
