Every encounter we have had with Courtesy has been nothing but pleasant. From the phone calls to the personal one on one with each employee that I have had contact with. I will keep using and purchasing there in the future. Whatever they are doing, it’s working! I am so glad that they just get it. So often we spend our time complaining about things that didn’t work out for us...I think it's important to let people know how much they ARE appreciated.
