World class customer service start to finish 23 years ago my husband and I walked into a ford dealer with 2 cars to trade in. We just said no thanks no one interested we will show somewhere else. He was so intent that he could make our experience better then what we had just decided the worst ever. His name was Mark Stevens. He just went over and above. And i think after the better part of 2 hours we walked out with a deal signed for 2 new vehicles. The rest is history. Over 18 cars in all these years for our selves and children . And each one with Mark.
