I called and spoke to Moe and made a deal iver the phine which I NEVER DO! when my wife and I picked up the Escape we were totally impressed with the way Moe took the time with my wife and went through all the functions of the xxxx pit, navigation, handsfree, etc. Our Finance was handled by Adel who was very through and helpful.
