Salesperson Bayardo Estrada was awesome to deal with, we worked together virtually for most of our transaction due to my work schedules. Actual purchase and trade in of our car took 2 days with the 3rd bein worked together virtually for most of our transaction due to my work schedules. Actual purchase and trade in of our car took 2 days with the 3rd being our drive home with new 2023 Ford Escape ST Line Elite. Dealer has been in touch since purchase to follow up on how we are enjoying the vehicle and to get us in for a paint touch up due to minor scratch. 3rd purchase from them and definitely recommend to friends and family.
