Courtesy provides excellent Service and a courtesy shuttle that made my life easier. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I know I am going to love my new Cherokee Limited for a long time. Terrible customer service service staff have no basic knowledge. Called four times to find out the hours of operation for an oil change. Nobody seemed to know the closing time. service staff have no basic knowledge. Called four times to find out the hours of operation for an oil change. Nobody seemed to know the closing time. Left messages for people and nobody called back. Finally went down there to take care of it and they were closing. Turns out You can't get an oil change past 3:30. The one time we have taken our car in there for a service they didn't fix the problem and so will Have to take it back eventually to hopefully get it fixed again. Basic customer service skills are seriously lacking at this dealership. Some of the staff are extremely rude. Especially the shuttle bus driver lady. The experience with the sales staff when buying our car was good. But once the sale is done beware! Will not buy another car from this dealership ever again. More

Good Will Warranty Expired I had just returned from a business trip where my odometer went over the 60 K on sensor coverage, by 240 kms. Ahmed Enahas was the service manager I had just returned from a business trip where my odometer went over the 60 K on sensor coverage, by 240 kms. Ahmed Enahas was the service manager involved and he authourized the warranty coverage of the repair of the oil sensor. This pre-emptive action made the experience less stressful and non-confrontational. I greatly appreciated this. More
