Ariel kept in touch and after a 3 week search I realized their price was too good to pass up . I contacted Ariel , made the deal, flew to Calgary from Regina , got picked up at the airport , took 5 minutes to complete the paperwork , had the Fusion looking squeaky clean inside and out , had a full tank of gas and was on my way . Had to write a review to show my appreciation. Used car sales is always a bit daunting but I never felt that way at this dealership especially dealing with Austin, Marina or Candice Cornell. Also had the front bumper painted and Tonjia and the body shop were also great to deal with. The paint job was what I expected and the car wash inside and out was a nice touch! Only reason I came back to Courtesy was the help from Ahmed Elnahas last year. Though he couldn't help me 100% with an issue past warranty he did what he could and FCA did the rest. All this gave me the confidence to return and purchase another vehicle. More

Purchased Used I was recently on the hunt for a used vehicle, and was fairly specific with what I was looking for. Ariel was able to show me a couple that had the f I was recently on the hunt for a used vehicle, and was fairly specific with what I was looking for. Ariel was able to show me a couple that had the features I wanted and were within my budget. I took the night to consider, and went for a test drive the following day. In the meantime, there were other vehicles on my list to view that day. In the end, I came back to Courtesy. The main reason for this, was the customer service. I'm the kind of 'buyer' who will walk away at any sign of pressure from a sales person... it rubs me the wrong way and lacks sincerety. While dealing with Ariel, he was patient with my questions and my desire to look at other vehicles elsewhere. The purchase process was simple, and he kept me updated with a few extras I had asked for. I would/will recommend Ariel and Courtesy to others, and will look to see how he can help me in the future. More
