We've bought a few vehicles from here, if the review was strictly on our salesperson Harvey it would be 5 stars without a question. If I were leaving a review solely on the financing department however, it would be 1 star without question.i was initially given a bill of sale $1200 more than what was agreed upon, claiming he didn't see the number on the sheet that we had agreed on.(as if there is no conversation between them in the process). Afterwards, he presented one that was still $400 above what was agreed on and said there's nothing he can do about it. If there were fees that weren't disclosed in the negotiating process it would be my responsibility to pay them, then when confronted that it was a shady way to do business he simply replied with laughter.
