I couldn't understand why because I was in there not to long ago. So I told them ok as I thought it was under my warranty then they called and told me my jeep could only take synthetic oil and that would be 160 ok I said then I go to pick up my car thinking it would be 160 to find out its 700. Not one time they told me the price other then the 160. This is the 5 time I had to bring my car in to get fixed. The first time no one told me I didn't get a rental when this jeep needed to be in there. Just beware this is one of the shadiest place to get your car fixed or bie a car they just rip ppl off and lie to u. More

New car buy I went with 4 out of 5 stars because I didn't really get what I was after. Wanted to lower my payment to save some money. Didn't manage to get a lower I went with 4 out of 5 stars because I didn't really get what I was after. Wanted to lower my payment to save some money. Didn't manage to get a lower payment, stayed pretty much the same, but that isn't the dealers fault, just some financial junk that I don't understand anyway. But they did get me into a brand new vehicle with a smaller engine (save on gas) that is a more basic model (save on insurance) and will have more value down the road than what I traded in. I feel they did for me what they could given my financial circumstance, and for that they all deserve a kudos. I would chalk this up as a win. I dealt with Todd, he was an excellent salesman and made me feel like he actually cared about what I needed and not just getting another sale, which I really do appreciate. Never felt pressured one time. More

Don't Leave Personal Items in Vehicle After having my car serviced here, personal items were missing from the vehicle. I've been told that, when asked about the incident, the technician sa After having my car serviced here, personal items were missing from the vehicle. I've been told that, when asked about the incident, the technician said: 'I don't go through peoples' cars. She should call the company that towed it here, because I didn't see [the items in question] when I was in there.' So I'm left wondering, did he go through my car or not? He must have, if he can claim that the items weren't there to begin with -- yet his first line of defence was to say that he doesn't go through the cars he works on. Despite this violation of trust, the work was done well, so I will likely continue having my vehicle serviced here. I will never leave anything in the vehicle again though, and I suggest you don't either. More
