This time I finally kept my word and found Courtesy and April Thomas to be outstanding. We had quite a bit of work that needed to be done to our 1998 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.9 this time, so they had our vehicle for a few days. April kept us up to date each day on their progress and made sure we got our truck back asap. Couldn't have gone any smoother! More

Worst car buying experience of my life Heard good things from my co-worker and they had a lot of stock online so I decided to head over on a Saturday and see what I could find. It started with me being brushed off until I got my financing approved. They agreed to only show me ONE vehicle and then said they would call me later that day and let me know how my approval was going. By the following Tuesday and me placing 2 calls to them I finally heard back with a promise I was approved and someone would call me back to go over details shortly and book an appointment to see a selection of cars. No call Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon came and a woman called see how my experience was, I told her I was still waiting and told her exactly the kind of vehicle I wanted and that no one had called me back. Finally some 3 hours later Marc called to tell me I was approved but not for how much or my interest rate. He would cover all that when I came in. I booked a time of 10am that Saturday and was promised Yousef would have several options to show me. I arrived at 10:45am and no cars were ready and Yousef had to go find something. The van he brought was a down grade from the one I drove a week before and I said I wanted something similar to before but without a warning light at 24km (then one from the previous week had a warning light come on during the test drive so I passed on that one). He brought me an even lower model, no features at all. By this point I was done and ready to leave when Kris Laughton stepped in with Marc Stokes and salvaged the sale. They told Yousef to grab a white Caravan and other then colour it looked like what I wanted, or so I thought (more on that in a minute). I test drove it decided to buy it at which point Yousef left us not to return, sat behind the main desk and never thanked me, shook my hand or said a word. He didn't even smile when I left. I signed my paperwork for the van and after over 3 hours I had finally found a vehicle. When I returned to sign the paperwork 2 days later and pick it up I noticed my address was wrong on the loan but was told I would have to contact the bank to correct myself. After going back and forth on the warranty and 3M I finally was ready to drive away. I had to ask for the second key as Yousef didn't have it. I was told by Yousef to just sign yes to all the boxes on the delivery checklist but nothing was explained or gone over with my new car. Not one single thing! And with that Yousef left and I was left in the parking lot with my new car. Like take your van and get out, we have your money so out you go! After that I tried to register it only to be told the dealership didn't provide all the required paperwork, I needed a NIVS form! So I'd have to come back another time. Another trip to this dealership! Next issue, every time I've called it's impossible to reach anyone, from the missing NIVs form to the newly discovered missing manual to the missing referral check for my friend, no returned calls. It takes multiple messages before I hear back. Now the newest issue, the van doesn't always start! I turn the key and nothing! Brand new and nothing. Not the dealerships fault BUT how they handle it is. I spoke with Kris and he assured me there would be a courtesy car when I brought it in for servicing and an owners manual too. Well I arrived the next day and no one had a clue about a courtesy car and it took nearly an hour to sort out! I was told Yousef was supposed to have it ready. See the pattern! I still don't have the manual either! The only bright spot was Amber at the service department. She was very nice and helpful. It has been the only pleasant service I have had. More
