New car buy I went with 4 out of 5 stars because I didn't really get what I was after. Wanted to lower my payment to save some money. Didn't manage to get a lower payment, stayed pretty much the same, but that isn't the dealers fault, just some financial junk that I don't understand anyway. But they did get me into a brand new vehicle with a smaller engine (save on gas) that is a more basic model (save on insurance) and will have more value down the road than what I traded in. I feel they did for me what they could given my financial circumstance, and for that they all deserve a kudos. I would chalk this up as a win. I dealt with Todd, he was an excellent salesman and made me feel like he actually cared about what I needed and not just getting another sale, which I really do appreciate. Never felt pressured one time. More

I've been told that, when asked about the incident, the technician said: 'I don't go through peoples' cars. She should call the company that towed it here, because I didn't see [the items in question] when I was in there.' So I'm left wondering, did he go through my car or not? He must have, if he can claim that the items weren't there to begin with -- yet his first line of defence was to say that he doesn't go through the cars he works on. Despite this violation of trust, the work was done well, so I will likely continue having my vehicle serviced here. I will never leave anything in the vehicle again though, and I suggest you don't either. More
