emergency engine work April was able to get us in and done in a few hours. She was fast and professional. Fighting for things to be repaired or replaced, lied about the accident of my truck(never showed me the carfax) and a whole bunch of xx I never expected from a dealer! The employees I dealt with have been dismissed since then so i waws out of luck trying to get ANYTHING for my used 2014 Tacoma I bought from courtesy. New management and employees since then and I got a email from Blair D about trading my truck in for better financing and lower payments. I agreed to come in and talk (who wouldn't?), I owed $32,000 on my 2014 tacoma with 85,000km. they offered me what I could not refuse. Money, About $30,000 of it! Needless to say I was thrilled! They wanted to make things right! This is when I met Omar. He showed me to the Jeep I ended up buying and we went for a drive. Omar is a genuine person and loves to talk with you about anything and everything. very friendly. He showed me around my new vehicle and explained the financing options. This is when I met serge and we worked out the financing, i was not 100% happy with the payments but serge had gone home at that point so I dealt with Marc and he worked some magical wonders and brought my tacoma payment of 716 per month to the new jeep payment of 470 a month. Cut my interest rate from 9.25 down to 4.99. Overall very happy with my second experience here and would recommend now with the new management running things. Thanks again guys More
Letf in the cold by incompetent or crooked service tech We bought our used Journey from Courtesy last year. During the recent cold snap we experienced heating problems with cold air blowing from our front p We bought our used Journey from Courtesy last year. During the recent cold snap we experienced heating problems with cold air blowing from our front passenger side only. Brought it in to service department to have it diagnosed. I mentioned that I thought the problem was from a faulty blend door actuator and they said they would check. After 5 hours of waiting to hear back I had to call in and see where my car diagnosis was at. I was told they hadn't yet found the problem yet but they were working on it. Finally they called to tell me it was a heater core problem and that something had broken off inside and was blocking hot air to the passenger vents, and was quoted $2000 over the phone for a new heater core! They said all the actuators were working properly. I declined the service and opted for a 2nd opinion. Local, TRUSTED neighborhood auto center had a 2nd look. Within 45 mins called to tell me it was indeed a faulty blend door actuator and would be $250 to fix. Even after buying our car with them I thought they could be trusted to treat their customers fairly. I was mistaken. I feel like I was taken advantage of during the cold snap and they thought I would go for the big fix due to the heat problems in the cold. Between them trying to ding me for a $2000 unnecessary repair and some other customer service issues with oil changes, it's safe to say I will never be dealing with Courtesy Chrysler for any needs in the future. I was billed $150 for their "diagnosis" which it seems was grossly erroneous either on purpose or by a very incompetent service Technician. Find yourself a trusted mechanic and avoid the service center at Courtesy Chrysler. More

When I first went in to view the vehicle I was pleased with the sales rep, Jacquie, however once the sale was made my experience has been nothing but down hill. When I went in to pick up my vehicle Jacquie was in a rush to get me out of there and didn't show me how to use the various features of my vehicle. She also assured me that my owner's manual would be in the car however upon returning home I realized it wasn't. I had to make an additional trip to the dealer to have someone else walk me through my vehicle and provide me with the owner's manual. I was also informed at the time of the purchase of my vehicle that I would receive more information in the mail in regards to my extended warranty as well as a welcome package and I still have yet to receive these. I followed up with a phone call to the manager, Randy, to inquire about my missing information and to voice my complaints. After cutting me off repeatedly Randy assured me that he would have someone other than Jacquie look into the missing information and have the "welcome package" mailed to me. A couple days later I received a call from Jacquie who informed me there was no further information that I should be receiving in the mail and she passed me off to the service department for a service schedule. After speaking with the service department I was passed off to the financial department and I had to leave a message. I left a message 4 days ago and still haven't received a call back. I still have yet to receive the information I am looking for. Needless to say I will not be going back and will warn everyone away from this dealership. The poor customer service has been extremely disappointing. More
Great experience I’ve purchased a new car at Courtesy Chrysler a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, the car had some kind of a factory defect, so I had to bring it I’ve purchased a new car at Courtesy Chrysler a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, the car had some kind of a factory defect, so I had to bring it in to their service department for an inspection. I was dealing with Joel Janz and I was very satisfied with his performance overall. After the inspection, I was told that my car is perfectly safe to drive for the time being, but a rack/ pinion assembly has to be ordered and replaced in order to solve this issue. When the part has arrived Joel took my car in right away. He told me that my car will be ready for me to pick it up by the end of the day, but in the afternoon he has informed me that there is a lot more work involved and that my car will be only ready for tomorrow. To compensate the inconvenience, Joel has found a loaner for me, even though Courtesy Chrysler does not provide a loaner service. That was great and I really appreciate it. I would like to mention that Joel has provided an exceptional level of professionalism and great customer service support. During the whole time that my car was at Courtesy Chrysler, Joel always did keep me in the loop, so I knew exactly what was happening at the moment. Also, I would like to say thanks to all of the shuttle drivers that I was dealing with, the service was great. And there is my special THANKS to James McPhee for being professional and for giving me a very good discount on my car at the time of the purchase. Great job guys, keep it up! More

I couldn't understand why because I was in there not to long ago. So I told them ok as I thought it was under my warranty then they called and told me my jeep could only take synthetic oil and that would be 160 ok I said then I go to pick up my car thinking it would be 160 to find out its 700. Not one time they told me the price other then the 160. This is the 5 time I had to bring my car in to get fixed. The first time no one told me I didn't get a rental when this jeep needed to be in there. Just beware this is one of the shadiest place to get your car fixed or bie a car they just rip ppl off and lie to u. More
