Then a week ago I had the fortunate experience to deal with Roger directly when I had questions regarding my bluetooth option. He was so helpful and provided me with honest feedback and advise on next steps. Then today when I called and spoke to Amber to get my van in she was more then sympathetic and again so beyond helpful. I feel as though I am in great car when it comes to the servicing of my vehicle. I could say more but am along with a 1 and 3 year old that demand constant supervision but wanted to make sure my comments were provided. Thank you Courtesy Chrysler Service Team!!!!! More
