Liz was so easy to talk to and she took extra time finding out more about me. She also remembered what I named my new Jeep, "Candy Cane". Besides Liz, I also would like to thank Eddie and Marc for their professionalism. When I bought my first Journey in 2009 I had many problems with the staff that was never rectified. I said I would never come back but having loved the Chrysler products which I have had since the 1980's I thought I would try again. Since that time I believe they removed the unprofessional staff.
