Liz and Blair were very understanding of my needs in price and size and Liz was understanding in what I wanted in extras. Serge explained everything in terms I could understand and had everything done really quick. Marc made sure that everything was explained and understood before we signed as well. Over all a very good experience for my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I would highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler to anyone! More

I end up sitting at a desk giving all my information,then was told there would be no point getting a price on a truck. So no price on a new truck no trade in information on my 2013 GMC. If this was the last truck place in Calgary then I would buy on other truck. These pepple are jerks. More

HORRIBLE, AVOID, TERRIBLE, DISHONEST!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Where do I start. This dealership is an embarrassment to Jeep, not to mention avoid buying a Jeep Cherokee at all AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Where do I start. This dealership is an embarrassment to Jeep, not to mention avoid buying a Jeep Cherokee at all costs. My partner bought a Cherokee just over 2 years ago and it has been in to their service department 17 TIMES (this is not a typo). Twice we have brought it in because the cruise control does not shut off while going downhill (not a good thing when travelling in the winter in the Rockies). The other 15 things wrong with the vehicle includes the fact the parking brake engages by itself (the service department can't explain why), the rear hatch engages by itself, engine light goes on constantly, sunroof went off the track, the backseat constantly squeaks, the gearshift jammed and had to be replaced, the knob of the gearshift came off etc. etc. So when we approached the manager/owner about our concerns with this vehicle and the fear for our safety, he agreed and said not once but twice in the dealership that "we have to get you out of that LEMON!" He said he would find us a comparable car with the similar mileage and options. He passed the information on to another manager who called us a few days later and said, "I hear you have a LEMON, let's find you a comparable car!" After all of these promises, they had 2 other salesman trying to sell us a NEW car, not a comparable one. Are you kidding me!!! When the sales reps and service rep were asked if they would feel safe in this vehicle, they hummed and hawed. When asked if they would be dissatisfied customers, again they hummed and hawed. We were then told by Roger, their sales manager that they no longer want us to bring the car back to the dealership because they don't like us complaining about the vehicle anymore. They told us to take it to another dealership the next time we have a problem. We have the VIP service with 10 oil changes that we paid an extra $600 for and we have no idea how we are going to retrieve this. To make a long story short, the owner and managers of this dealership are crooks and dishonest. Jeep Cherokees are lemons, avoid them. Courtesy Chrysler should not be in business! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Problem corrected Took my jeep in for an oil change. Turns out I needed to get the terminals of my battery cleaned. All sounded good. 3 days later the car wouldn't star Took my jeep in for an oil change. Turns out I needed to get the terminals of my battery cleaned. All sounded good. 3 days later the car wouldn't start because of a loose battery cable. Other than time lost all was fixed and looked after. Dealership called afterwards to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and that I shouldn't hesitate to call if there are any further issues. All staff dealt with from the phone call to book to the follow up phone call were extremely pleasant. More

Caravan Ups and Downs I had an overall disappointing experience after seeing options on a minivan. I won't deny the reliability of the product, nor the work put in in order I had an overall disappointing experience after seeing options on a minivan. I won't deny the reliability of the product, nor the work put in in order to make the sale. Unfortunately, a great deal was offered and then it slowly started to melt away. Too many weird comments throughout the process and then I ended up not satisfied with my van as it wasn't all I expected as it was rushed. As well, it turned out to have a faulty passenger door that I now need to wait for it to be seen. Too much of a roller coaster ride. Definitely not the same experience I've had before when buying a car. More

My Dakota finally grew up to be a Ram!! Omar turned a day of despair into a wonderful day. My 10 year old Dakota had too many issues to fix but Omar was able to find a Ram that met my needs Omar turned a day of despair into a wonderful day. My 10 year old Dakota had too many issues to fix but Omar was able to find a Ram that met my needs and more importantly fit into my budget. He was super courteous and took care of everything for me including getting a brand new license plate sent over. I would recommend him to anyone. More
