I would not go to this dealership again. I went to this dealership expecting respectful, honest service. I was willing to pay an additional cost over a private purchase, for the belief in be I went to this dealership expecting respectful, honest service. I did not expect to be sold a vehicle without all information being disclosed, particularly the history and use of the vehicle. The information provided about the vehicle’s previous ownership was vague, and misleading. The vehicle was dirty when I bought it, hiding many flaws which were also undisclosed. The sales tactics used were aggressive, and disrespectful. Although, dealership’s adjust their selling prices to accommodate cleaning and detailing of vehicles, it was obviously not done when I picked up the vehicle. This was not an inexpensive vehicle that I purchased, so I was also surprised at the lack of care taken with small things like no jack in the vehicle, and having to return to the dealership to pick up items missing from the interior.. I would not go to this dealership again. More

Our sales rep, Liz, was pleasurable to deal with and most of the above noted incidents were not in her control. More
