For the last few months I've been humming over trading in my Journey for something that better suits my needs financially and personal use. When I made the decision to go in and window shop I was expecting to be pressured into buying something out of my price range followed by rudeness when I refused. Not all this time, I was met with friendly, professionals that considered me a valued customer regardless of my work-in-progress credit history. No used car, no bargaining, no sacrificing my financial and comfort. I was put into EXACTlY what I was looking for with EXACTLY the price point I was comfortable with! I went in yesterday Friday at 1pm and drove home Saturday at 11am in a shiny new jeep lol. If asked if I'd recommend Courtesy Chrysler, xxxx yes! Everyday of the week and twice on Sundays! More

Dumped a Lemon and got Way More I bought my 2013 Dodge Caravan brand new from this same dealership and had nothing but issues with it. Honestly, it would have been cheaper for the wa I bought my 2013 Dodge Caravan brand new from this same dealership and had nothing but issues with it. Honestly, it would have been cheaper for the warranty to buy me a new van than to have fixed all the problems we had with it. Every batch of vehicles in an assembly line has a lemon, and unfortunately, I got it for 2013. I was stuck with it. The dealership I had to take it to for warranty offered me $6k for it when it was only 2 years old and had 40,000km on it. I tried to take it back to the original dealership, and often they wouldn't return my calls/inquiries. When they did respond, I had an issue with their lenders that shouldn't have existed. Needless to say, anytime I had a cold-call from Courtesy Chrysler I was less than impressed and did not expect anything to actually happen. When Jackie text me a couple months ago, I felt the same way. After discussing the issues, she promised that "this time would be different". We have all heard the same line -- but she actually meant it. They took my lemon to a private seller instead of a trade in and got a good deal for it. More than what I was originally offered in 2015, and way more than I expected considering I had put another 40,000 kms on it since then. Then they went to work with their lenders and got me a smoking deal and a huge discount on the borrowing rate. I not only got rid of my lemon, I got rid of a not-so-great interest rate. In return, I also am now the proud owner of a brand new 2017 Dodge Caravan with a DVD player, backup camera, and many other features I didn't have on my old van. When we went to sign on the dotted line, Jackie watched our little ones and even gave them piggie backs. They got stuffed toys, and we got copious amounts of coffee. Jackie wasn't joking when she said "this time would be different" and she delivered far beyond the initial promises she made. I would absolutely recommend Courtesy Chrysler and their team to anybody else shopping for a vehicle. When I go to buy a new vehicle, I will be returning. More

Jacquelyn was very helpful, professional and friendly in getting the information on whether it was worth for us to trade in our vehicle. Got a good value for our trade in as well as a great interest rate. We were able to try out another vehicle first and see how we liked it by taking it home for a couple of days before making our final buying decision. Jacquelyn even answered my questions after hours and on a holiday to my pleasant surprise. The vehicle we found online that we wanted to buy, with a few more options, she had ready for us to look at and test drive when we came in Saturday morning. She took care of having the plates changed while financing was being sorted out to minimize the time we had to spend waiting. Serge made sure we only got the protection and Warranty we were looking for and was very professional and friendly to deal with. We had some paint and undercoating done as well as adding a few extras to the outside of our vehicle which turned out very well done thanks to Mary-Ann getting our vehicle as soon as I was able to drop it off Monday. Amazing service with crew Amazing service with all aspects of the dealership, sales, management and finance! I was looking to leave my truck due to not needing it anymore with Amazing service with all aspects of the dealership, sales, management and finance! I was looking to leave my truck due to not needing it anymore with my work brining me back to the city and just wanting to get into a fun sporty car again. I found a the perfect car for my needs in there used inventory and long story short I am now driving it and loving every second behind the wheel. My process started almost a year ago with JACKIE SYLVESTER in the new car department as I was originally looking to buy new. She was easily accessible whenever I had a question about a vehicle wether it was about possible finance rates and terms or just what they had in stock new or used. Thankfully she didn't push 1 sale because let's face it, who likes that? But I will say her persistence to find me the perfect vehicle to fit my specific needs what greatly appreciated, as I said, we were in this process for almost a year. When we finally found the vehicle that I HAD to have we both started to attack every option that worked for ME. I was never pressured to sign anything if I was not 100% happy like other dealerships. We have all delt with the typical salesman who would do anything to throw a deal down because it would mean a bigger commission pay out for him/her. That was NOT the case here, I signed a deal that I was satisfied with withough the feeling of being pressured. Thank you Jackie Sylvester Financing was a little trickier on the other hand due to a complication. But thankfully that's where DAVID CHOPP came into the picture. David worked for days (yes days) to make it possible for me to sit in the drivers seat. He promised me that I was in good hands as soon as he introduced himself to me and he wasn't kidding, he exhausted every option to get my approval at the rate I wanted. But, like Jackie, he was persistent in getting me what I wanted and called a favour from a bank he worked at previously to Courtesy and was able to get the approval for the prime rate I wanted. During this process he would call me to inform me of what was going on with the banks and assured me her was not giving up and because of that I am now in my car Thank you David Chopp Now we have BLAIR DINGWALL, the GSM. To cut it pretty simple, he was also on the phone with the banks trying to make my deal possible and we all know GM's don't normally do that. He never pushed numbers when I was dealing with Jackie and he was a helping hand whenever it was needed for me to drive away in my new vehicle. The team at Courtesy has been a pleasure to deal with again hence the reason I am a repeat customer. This dealership goes above and beyond for their clients and that is a big reason on why I will continue to come back to purchase my vehicles from this dealership Thank you Courtesy! More

SOME ROAD BUMPS BUT LEFT HAPPYY Everything started a few weeks back when i received a call about trading in my current jeep. it was Jacquelyn that made that call. she tried very ve Everything started a few weeks back when i received a call about trading in my current jeep. it was Jacquelyn that made that call. she tried very very hard to try to make things work but the only way i would have traded in was if payments stayed the same. do to no fault of her own this was not attainable but not due to lack of effort on Jacquelyn. well a few days later my daughter care died and i started the process to see if we could get a car from courtesy Chrysler. so i contacted Jacquelyn to see if we can do something and ended up coming in with my daughter to see some cars. well we found one that we liked and worked on a price that we where happy with all thanks to Jacquelyns help! i can easily say that she went above and beyond what i have seen in the past and if fully honest if it wasn't for her this deal would have fallen apart. as when we came to do the paperwork we found out that after putting a deposit on the car we found that it was sold. this is where things got kind of rough and i must say tested my patients a lot. but that where Eddie got involved ans was able to get a much nicer car approved at the same rate and payments that we where promised. the way everything was handled was very professional and if honest turned something that could have made it so i would never deal with them again into something that worked out perfect and i look forward to returning soon to get a car for my son. this honestly would never have been possible if it wasn't for Jacquelyn as she was a dream to work with very honest and trustworthy and honestly without her involved i dont think this deal would have been saved. she even helped me get the car to my daughter who was stranded at work with no car.
