Salesperson James Mc Phee was excellent at Courtesy Chrysler Salespeople at many dealerships can be difficult, high pressure and unresponsive to your needs in many cases, but not James Mc Phee. He responded to phone calls and questions in a very timely manner and could not do enough for us to earn our business and he definitely was not high pressure. In addition James attended to our purchase making sure it would be clean, checked by him, and full of gas. We did our homework and looked online and visited many other dealerships. Courtesy Chrysler was much better than the rest for us! I am less positive about the entire process at MOST dealerships. It is not ok to make a deal with a salesperson and then have it second massaged by the assistant sales manager and then amazingly even a third time with the sales manager, often after waiting an additional 10 to 20 minutes each time. If this is the process then let's just start the process with the sales manager. It is also NOT appropriate to ask if you will buy right now if we give you this special best price! Are all dealerships afraid that they are not giving the Best price? When the price is right and a buyer gets the right feel about a dealership, they will buy. Courtesy Chrysler met these criteria for us while keeping to their word and in a positive manner. More

He helped to get me a 3% interest rate, made sure the tank was full, wheels shined, interior looked immaculate along with the overall appearance of the truck. Ride quality is amazing for a 5.7 litre Hemi, and cabin noise is very minimal. I got the payment plan I wanted, great trade in for my previous vehicle, but an overall great experience with Omar, and the entire Courtesy Chrysler staff. I will definitely be going back for service, and when it's time to purchase a new truck, but with how much I like this truck, I doubt it will be anytime soon. I highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler. Service appointment Came in for a service appointment before work. I expected to use the shuttle service but had unfortunately missed all of them leaving for the morning. Joel kindly offered to drive me to work which was above and beyond his role, and I greatly appreciated the effort. They sent a text saying it would be ready at 1 and sent a shuttle which arrived exactly on time, then my car was ready immediately and I didn't have to wait at all. Overall a great experience! More
