I came in for regularly scheduled oil change and had time to kill. Liz told me about a big sale on 2017 models. Liz makes really good popcorn (lol) - so we sat down and ate popcorn and played with some numbers to see if it would be feasible to upgrade - which we did. Liz was great! She even gave me a recipe for homemade soup while we were waiting :-) They even get the vehicle registered for you - so easy. Thanks for another positive experience!! More

I would not go to this dealership again. I went to this dealership expecting respectful, honest service. I was willing to pay an additional cost over a private purchase, for the belief in be I went to this dealership expecting respectful, honest service. I was willing to pay an additional cost over a private purchase, for the belief in being able to trust the dealership name, and the perceived element of honesty. I did not expect to be sold a vehicle without all information being disclosed, particularly the history and use of the vehicle. The information provided about the vehicle’s previous ownership was vague, and misleading. The vehicle was dirty when I bought it, hiding many flaws which were also undisclosed. The sales tactics used were aggressive, and disrespectful. Although, dealership’s adjust their selling prices to accommodate cleaning and detailing of vehicles, it was obviously not done when I picked up the vehicle. This was not an inexpensive vehicle that I purchased, so I was also surprised at the lack of care taken with small things like no jack in the vehicle, and having to return to the dealership to pick up items missing from the interior.. I would not go to this dealership again. More

Quick and easy to deal with I was looking for a new truck and narrowed it down to two brands. Dodge Ram 1500 or Ford F-150. Went to two Ford dealerships and not one single sales I was looking for a new truck and narrowed it down to two brands. Dodge Ram 1500 or Ford F-150. Went to two Ford dealerships and not one single sales person approached me to offer assistance. Went inside to look for a brochure and again no help. Good gathering at the coffee machine though. Grabbed my own brochure and left. Did the loop and stopped in at Courtesy, parked my car and walked towards the trucks. Immediately I was approached by a young sales person named Kyle. He had asked me a few. basic questions regarding new/used and trim lines. Told him I really didn't know what I wanted. Kyle was very helpful in showing me around and explained the different trim levels and prices. We then sat in a couple vehicles and took one for a test drive. Told him I would get back to him as I had other commitments. Called me a couple days later to see if I had any questions. Booked another visit as now I new what I wanted. Unfortunately they did not have the vehicle I wanted on the lot. Blair from the management team stepped in to help with the search. Found one in another city but we could not agree on price as it really did have a lot more options that I did not want to pay for. Blair went back for another search and within a few minutes we were hammering out the price on another truck. I think there was give and take on both sides and when it was all said and done, I went home happy with the price I paid and the truck I wanted which would show up in a couple days. Did not have to worry about financing but David did a good job of explaining add ons that I might consider. When the truck arrived I was greeted promptly by Kyle and he explained the process to hand in my trade in and sign papers to release the new truck to me. Sat down with Serge and he finished up all the paperwork with me. Then back to Kyle I went for a walk-through of the new truck. Kyle was great and very knowledgable in explaining how to set up everything like phones, controls etc. Within the hour I was off and on my way home. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and must say that I never felt pressured into a vehicle I did not want or to close a deal quickly. Both Kyle and Blair knew what I wanted as well as my price limit and worked super hard to aceive this. More

Did not particularly appreciate having Tire and rim protection package added to price without asking for it, but was subsequently removed upon request. Also, should be more careful with finance offers being put forth to purchaser. Originally offered a 2.99% rate which was not actually available. Our sales rep, Liz, was pleasurable to deal with and most of the above noted incidents were not in her control. More
