Found me a truck that was suitable, worked to try to make me happy during the arduous financing process. Financing would not budge on price for the gold servic package, even though the actual price of the vehicle was $1500 more than the advertised price. Eddie basically said, "well, I guess there was a mistake", no actual resolution. When I pointed out that I had been charged for my undercoat, (when told I would not be), I got a bit of the ol' run around, but inevitably they reimbursed me. After a bit of back and forth, and having to become visibly upset, the staff worked to satisfy. Johnny was great to work with, I will be a return customer, although I will be asking to speak with different management people. Satisfied. More

Dumb customers After looking around for a sports car, my husband and I, did a stupid decision of wanting to trade in my ford truck for a Jeep. Almost right after they confirmed that we were approved for the financing part of it, my husband told them that I don't wanna do the trade in anymore for several and personal reasons. My husband was polite on the whole process and had to leave out of the country for work and back a week after. He went back to Courtesy to ask for our $200 dollar deposit but Brian Mendieta refused to give us back the money and offered to give us back $20 instead. It was quite a week of disappointments because we don't know who we should be talking to. The sales guy Omar was on vacation, he was very helpful. He contacted us right after he landed at Calgary Airport. To make the story short, after weeks of disappointments, Liz stepped up on the plate with no hassle and gave us back our money ( otherwise - I would never back out right away without doing other means to get our money back, as it was not about the money after all, its about principle, And how it was treated and handled by Brian) More
