Damaged sunroof My sunroof was smashed from a rock while I was driving. I didn’t know what to do. As I was close to Courtesy, I went there and April helped me out imm My sunroof was smashed from a rock while I was driving. I didn’t know what to do. As I was close to Courtesy, I went there and April helped me out immediately. She was so kind and extremely helpful. She got a price for the sunroof right away and arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while the sunroof was being repaired. It was ready the next morning. I can’t say enough about how awesome April was. More

2 recalls and an oil change, quick! I brought my truck in, thinking I’d be without a vehicle for a few days, maybe the weekend... April assured me it would be quick, which it was. Taran Johnny is the man! Taran took care of every need we had in our vehicle search. During a pretty rough few weeks Taran made us feel like family and found the exact vehicle Taran took care of every need we had in our vehicle search. During a pretty rough few weeks Taran made us feel like family and found the exact vehicle we were looking for even though the supply was low. He was extremely patient and helpful and not pushy like some sales people can be. This was my third vehicle purchased at Courtesy and the team there is always great. On pick up day Serge, Dave and Taran took great care to make everything was perfect for us. Would 100% recommend Courtesy and Taran to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
Worst Customer Experience EVER As a loyal customer of Courtesy Chrysler, I visited the dealership in April and 2 days ago as I was hunting a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I owned a Lared As a loyal customer of Courtesy Chrysler, I visited the dealership in April and 2 days ago as I was hunting a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I owned a Laredo and wanted an upgrade to a high altitude; I got my Laredo at Courtesy. I kept going back for my oil changes and services. However, a couple of days ago I went to the dealership to try to get into the 2018 High Altitude; I did my pre-credit app and everything looked great. They asked me to go down to the dealership to basically get the vehicle I wanted. Liz Fediuk (Credit manager) did an outstanding job explaining to me all the deets about my credit and went above and beyond on her service but then I was handed over Omar Hussain. He started explaining everything to me and showed the vehicles, everything was fine until I was not agreeing with what he wanted me to do. We went from a high altitude to a laredo because he said my credit was only enough for this. I said no, so he started getting upset, wanted to sign an offer and when I rejected the offer took off on a very rude way. I can go on and on onto the things that were very wrong from a customer service stand point. Then, Matt (Sales Manager) was brought it. He sat down and on a very unprofessional way told me, my credit was not good enough or anything but a used one. When I started opening myself to monthly payments they tried to start forcing the deal into what they wanted. Then a used Limited was offered and when asked about a price reduction, the sales manager, on a very very unfriendly way told me that he wouldnt take any offer from me because the last time I visited the dealership I made stay with me until 11 PM (last time I check sales should be their passion). He clearly didnt know that we couldnt get to a deal due to other circumstances beyond my control but clearly he acted as this was revenge, after I asked to try to negotiate he stood and said "No sir, I cannot accept your offer" "See you in a month"... As the sales manager he really dropped the ball; to top it up, I visited the dealership with my common law, she was amazed by the extremely bad attitude from both the sales man and the sales manager; she just wanted us to leave asap. Well, I browsed around and found a dealership with the opposite attitude; extremely good service, extremely good customer service and not once did they make feel disrespected. I am now driving a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude; I got a really low interest rat (~4.5%), extended warranty on everything, paint care package and oil changes (6 changes). Clearly, somebody didnt do a proper job and didnt want my business. I will never g o back to this dealership. AVOID at all costs!!! More
Broke something in my jeep and was not informed about it I came to get a service done on my jeep wrangler. When i got my jeep back, I later found out that my rearview extension clip was removed, broken, and I came to get a service done on my jeep wrangler. When i got my jeep back, I later found out that my rearview extension clip was removed, broken, and left in my center console. I was not informed about this, and it was just left in my jeep for me to find it broken. I have told Becca (I think her name was Becca), one of the servie advisors about this and she said I have to contact Jeremy, the advisor who dealt with my service that day. Becca also informed me that it will be honoured and replaced, but 3 voicemessages later/couple days later, still not a call back!! I know these things are cheap, but I am very uncomfortable driving without it. It is also very bothersome for them to break something in my vehicle without even informing me about it - poor poor customer service, I must say. $5 or $5000 worth, doesnt matter, this has to be dealt with. This must be honored or replaced, it doesnt even have anything to do with my airbag - the reason for my service that day. More
