Broke something in my jeep and was not informed about it I came to get a service done on my jeep wrangler. When i got my jeep back, I later found out that my rearview extension clip was removed, broken, and I came to get a service done on my jeep wrangler. When i got my jeep back, I later found out that my rearview extension clip was removed, broken, and left in my center console. I was not informed about this, and it was just left in my jeep for me to find it broken. I have told Becca (I think her name was Becca), one of the servie advisors about this and she said I have to contact Jeremy, the advisor who dealt with my service that day. Becca also informed me that it will be honoured and replaced, but 3 voicemessages later/couple days later, still not a call back!! I know these things are cheap, but I am very uncomfortable driving without it. It is also very bothersome for them to break something in my vehicle without even informing me about it - poor poor customer service, I must say. $5 or $5000 worth, doesnt matter, this has to be dealt with. This must be honored or replaced, it doesnt even have anything to do with my airbag - the reason for my service that day. More

Overall Great Experience James was a great person to deal with. He was knowledgeable and helpful, without making me feel pressured or rushed. Having said this, the finance dep James was a great person to deal with. He was knowledgeable and helpful, without making me feel pressured or rushed. I cried saying goodbye to Rooty ! Now heading into retirement , with my 2 little tea cup pups - the Renegade will be perfect for us ! Two moon roofs and a cool interior- lots bells and whistles ! - leather interior and navigation ! I feel rich ! Jim Scott has promised to be there for me as I learn the Renegade ! He has had to work hard for me getting the right Jeep- I did not make it easy ! He has had to be very patient, and - well Jim - it’s not over yet ! I have the most fabulous gal in services-April Thomas !!! April, my mermaid kin has - is very knowledgeable and a great person over all ! She makes it a great experience for me at Courtesy when service can sometimes be painful ! The adventure is not over yet !!
