Rammtastic experience It all started with a car dealer calling to give me a lower interest rate on a different USED dodge truck at a better interest rate than what I had.on It all started with a car dealer calling to give me a lower interest rate on a different USED dodge truck at a better interest rate than what I had.once we went to the dealer and spent several hours looking at trucks finding them extremely expensive for options that the Dodge trucks have as reasonable priced options and a 3 month waiting period for a very plain truck I decided to look at the Dodge dealers close to home.we test drove a used Laramie with I think every option.we were told that a new truck would fit our needs and financial situation.After the dealer giving us a tight price range and 2 trucks that fit in it with partial option packages.We were not really impressed.we left it to the dealer to find a truck that would fit better.They called Monday and said they put us into a truck and we should test drive it. We agreed and once we arrived found it to be a unoptioned truck and told it was the ONLY ONE in our price range because the were no more trucks available and they had the most in the prairie region.After a lengthy discussion on the way home and for several hours it was decided that it was not for us .I set out to find the perfect vehicle.Searching a 300 km radius I Found a suitable truck at a reasonable price.and asked my local dealer to find some details which they did and said come have a look.much to my shock it was not in their yard and did not know if the could get it .after some work I found it at COURTESY CHRYSLER and went to look at it.found it had just landed and would come back to look at as my local dealer did not try to get it.Kelly said he would come in on his day off to show it to us.After arriving and viewing the truck we were unsure of its fit to our needs.Kelly and Justin made an extensive effort to make sure we were pleased with the truck and other trucks to fit our needs(after a few hours of not being able to make a decision).We eventually decided to purchase the AWSOME Prairie pearl coat SLT 3.6L Ram 1500.We then went to chat with Glenn about the financials where he explained everything in great detail.He also answered every question I asked. All the paperwork was done and he headed home with our new Dodge knowing it was a wise investment.Thanks to Kelly ,Justin and Glenn for their time, and understanding not only to our needs but concerns as well as our timely and difficult decision and for being so friendly and honest.
