We were on the hunt for a Durango but ended up with a 1500 Ram. Needed something we could pull the trailer with and had 4 doors so we could take our granddaughter. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at plus the comparisons on other manufactures. Justin gave us a very good trade value on my little truck which made for a great deal over all. Very happy with the sales (Jeff Angel & Justin Chang) , finance (Kim Power) and parts (Loan Burnet). We will definitely go back when it’s time to replace our other car and see what other vehicles are on the lot. More
My first connection with Courtesy was through an internet chat with Rob McNeil. The website worked great and he connected me first with Matt. He was very informed and patient as we communicated through email,text, phone and in person. Working with someone like Jeff was a good experience. Once we decided on a truck we finally settled on the one on the show room floor. It is truly a special vehicle for us and we are looking to years of comfort and the ability to move things around. If the service end can support the front end Sales team, you have a truly special dealership. It is the little things that counted for me with this purchase. Hello, I am not normally the guy who fills out Hello, I am not normally the guy who fills out reviews for excellent service but in purchasing our new Dodge Journey, there was a particular em Hello, I am not normally the guy who fills out reviews for excellent service but in purchasing our new Dodge Journey, there was a particular employee who went above & beyond in assisting my wife and I. With the dealership being crazy, Kris had to deal with another customer and we were introduced to Darrell who immediately proceeded outside to get the new Journey for us to test drive. My wife and I walked outside to await Darrell, and he was already waiting for us with a sheepish look on his face and then he explained, "I just tore my pants wide open!" Nevertheless, Darrell continued with us uninterrupted and professionally ( other than the fact that we had to walk in front of him for some reason ). My wife even said that we could drive him home on the test drive to change but he deferred saying it was too far. After the test drive, we were taken back into Kris' office to go over the financial terms of purchasing the vehicle and as we looked over the numbers, Darrell returned as well, not to discuss vehicles but to return Kris' stapler which had been required to do a little surgery on some over stretched pants. So any ways, I would like to say a big thank you to all who were involved in helping us with the vehicle and especially Darrell for being as professional as one could hope with torn pants and a blizzard rolling in. We came in to look for a new Ram Sport and were paired up with Sam Barbour. He was able to find a truck to our exact specifications on the lot and was able to bring the price within our budget. She was extremely helpful in explaining everything from payment schedule to warranty coverage. Throughout the entire process from stepping through the front door to picking up the new vehicle we were treated with a great deal of respect. The high standard of professionialism from each individual at this dealership was greatly appreciated as we had a very negative previous experience while shopping at a different dealership. The group at Courtesy did not pressure us to make a decision, rather provided support and worked with us to ensure that all of our needs were met, and that we left happy. We were assigned to a Sales Rep named Carole Fougeras. Carole was very helpful and accommodating, She was very persistent to get us the best deal as well as her Manager-Justin Chang. They are very hard working and they take care of their client very well and as a customer we liked that.
