I was very nervous of purchasing my first car for my 30th birthday and browsing at other dealerships left a very bad taste with me that Courtesy was able to eliminate within the first 10 minutes. We returned from a better deal at a different dealership just to ensure Darrell would get our business because he made that much of an impact on my husband and I. Brian was very helpful and courteous, we ended up at the lot on 11th street instead of the main lot of used vehicles and was put in touch with the Sales gentlemen Greg.
