I have purchased a few vehicles over the years from different dealerships in Calgary. As my needs have changed over the years, I have been involved with many different auto makers including VW, GM, For different dealerships in Calgary. The purchasing/service relationship at other dealers has been fair to excellent, however nothing matches Courtesy in the way of making the whole experience pain free. I have dealt with Phil Lawrence for several years, and he by far is who I have come to trust when purchasing Chrysler products. Phil is friendly, efficient, and knows how to make you feel welcome to the dealership. We recently purchased a 2014 Ram Sport Crew Cab (Black), and the entire process of test driving to closing the deal was painless and a very good experience. After finalizing the deal I met Lanette Andreas (Finance Director) who walked me through the process of finance options. Lanette was thorough, professional, and had a great sense of humour. I would not and have never hesitated to recommend Phil Lawrence to family, friends, or people I talk to looking to purchase any Chrysler cars. More
I first called Courtesy Chryler and asked to speak to a "Sales" person.....probably my least liked kind. Jerry Peterson came on the line. A couple of hours before we were to meet, Jerry called and let me know they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but a step up and in a different color. (I appreciated this phone call)I had already been looking for a few weeks to find what I wanted and had already figured out that the new Jeep Cherokee (2014) was in high demand. I knew if I wanted exactly a certain one it would take around 12 weeks to order. I decided to go to see what Courtesy had. The extras were an added bonus and of course they came with a little extra cost. With the Cherokee being the first of the new model there were no great bonuses to be had so price was at a premium. In the end, I was very happy with my purchase, very happy with the Sales person (Jerry Peterson) and very happy that they had my Jeep ready to be picked up on my Birthday! More

I was in a spot when my husband wasn't going to be working anymore. We had just bought a 2014 Van in December and it had been parked since the end of December. I called the dealer looking for Glen a working anymore. We had just bought a 2014 Van in December and it had been parked since the end of December. I called the dealer looking for Glen and they said he wasn't in. Since I was already in route there, I went to speak with the sales manager. I explained my situation and he didn't hesitate to get me out driving a jeep! When I returned everyone was eager to help me. Kim even remembered my name. I felt very comfortable in this what I thought would be an uncomfortable position! The staff was awesome. Glen was so helpful, he went beyond what Ithought a car salesman should be and I quite enjoyed our test drive conversation. I will refer everyone I come across to Glen! I try to live my life in such a way that it someone says something bad about me, no-one will believe them. Thank you so much! More

Right from the start my experience was great. Carole offered friendly, honest advice. The dealership had an excellent selection of the vehicles I was looking for. I walked in on a Saturday and had my n offered friendly, honest advice. The dealership had an excellent selection of the vehicles I was looking for. The attendant stayed past closing so I could order new parts for my vehicle, something I really appreciated. I will definitely be using this dealership for service in the future. I was very pleased with the customer service and friendly can-do attitude from Darrel and Kim. I told Darrel what we needed and what our budget was and he brought us exactly what we needed and did not tempt can-do attitude from Darrel and Kim. Kim did the financing in record time and before we knew it we were moving forward. Darrel and Kim were especially pleasant and accomodating and also made the experience enjoyable for my 5 year old - kept him enterained and made him feel important as well. They included the whole family in the decisions and ensured everyone was happy. I have purchased several vehicles (GM and Ford) from other dealers in the past and the customer service does not come close to that which we received at Courtesy. The follow-up and assistance after the purchase with vehicle education I would highly recommend this dealership and the folks we dealt with. More
Michael was very good with me from the moment I rolled(I am in a wheelchair) in the door. He was quick to answer any questions I had whether it was at the dealership or on the phone. He showed me the Trailh am in a wheelchair) in the door. He was quick to answer any questions I had whether it was at the dealership or on the phone. He showed me the Trailhawk that was in the lot and helped with all the questions and measurements I needed to find out for my wheelchair to fit into the Jeep. He took my father and me on a test drive and showed all the features. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a dodge/jeep. More
