I purchased my first New vechile from Courtesy. I was called by Brian Blackburn just before my 2nd year owning the car as he works in the Used Car Sales. I was thinking of a trade to a Dodge Journey and went to see him. We spent hours with Brian and went over all the options with used and then to a brand new one. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed into a desicion nor pushed! He was an amazing salesman and I would recommend him to my family and friends for sure! He didn't make up numbers either! We always consulted the book when it came to mileage to ensure we had the facts! We had a lot of questions and my hubby gave him a bit of a hard time. We have had a previous bad experience when it came to purchasing a new vechile and I felt confident with this buy!! We've given another Chrysler dealership in the city 2 chances over the years to sell us a new vehicle and both time had a terrible experience. The dealership was very busy which we thought was a good sign, but they still managed to get us looked after without having to wait too long. We didn't feel pressured and everyone was very thorough with the details on the Jeep. We appreciated Kelly asking us if he could put a licence logo on the plate instead of just sticking one on there. I was called in to look at a possible trade in of my 2012 for a 2014.The staff I have checked of were very cosiderate of what i wanted. We were involved in a car accident on Febraury 10th and our van was written off! We went to Courtesy because we had purcahsed our last vehicle there and were quite satisfied with the service and dealership our van was written off! We found a van we were interested in on Saturday morning but continued checking out a few more places! We reutrned saturday afternoon and took the van we liked out for a test drive and put a deposit on it! We were waiting to asettle with insurance but Brian called Monday morning as a follow up! Matt called on Wednesday morning and told us to come in and we would find a way to get us into our van! We met with Glen and picked up our van on Thursday afternoon! So far we are very happy with our purchase and Brian did call on Tuesday to make sure evrything was good! I would definitely recommend Courtesy to anyone! More
