Extremely Impressed I just have to say I had a great experience with Courtesy Chrysler from the moment I walked onto the lot to look at the possibility of purchasing a ne I just have to say I had a great experience with Courtesy Chrysler from the moment I walked onto the lot to look at the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle. The beginning of my experience was with Darrell our sales guy who was not pushy and had a great sense of humor which made me feel at ease ,not the stereo typical car salesman type of scenario, not pushy or over bearing in any way. My next experience was with Justin the Sales Manager who gave me a fantastic buy out on my car, I liked his honesty and straight shooting attitude and willingness to make me, the customer, happy and content, as well as educate me better on the vehicle I was looking to buy and get me the best deal. Now on to Glen the Finance Manager who made it all happen!! This guy had me pre approved within 24 hrs, no nail biting waiting for the phone to ring situation :) Glen worked his butt off getting us the best rates that he possibly could and had a great sense of humor and made me feel at ease, not the kind of guy that puts you on hold and goes for lunch first. All in all these guys gave me a great deal I had a great car buying experience and here I am driving a beautiful brand new Jeep (even better than the original jeep I thought I was getting) I was treated with the uttmost respect and friendliness and would refer anybody to go to Courtesy Chrysler to purchase a vehicle. Everybody is out to get you and take your hard earned money. When it comes to a fairly big purchase of over $30,000 the consumer gets defenses up immediately, especially when it comes auto purchases. Unfortunately that is just the social paradigm. I had purchased a 2012 Rubicon (From Norm - NOT HAPPY WITH NORM, Mori can explain or Im sure you already know.) and there were a few things under warranty that had to be done almost on an on going basis, every service there was something. The last thing to go on it was the wiring harness that released my sway bar at 120km in heavy side winds. Fortunately for your corporation I am not a stupid girl and knew what had happened and how to handle the vehicle to get into town for service. ( I live an hour and a half away - scariest drive ever.) At the point the warranty was almost up, we were super frustrated with potential incoming cost of even more service as it seems we had received a lemon. It was my first Jeep purchase, I had always bought brand new at Shagganaapi Chev Olds. But I was now scared of my vehicle, what else was going to go wrong that I would have pay huge dollars for repair or risk a potential death with my self or loved ones.So it was time for a new vehicle after only two years. My husband while waiting on service dept went into the showroom and started inquiring about a new vehicle and to see what could be done as I really liked my Jeep after having it for two years I have recommended Jeep to everyone. Had three family members get a couple used and my parents are now looking at new. (They will only purchase with Mori). Once my husband had explained what had been going on to Mori, he immediately started going through our file from purchase to financing to service and troubles. He knew our file inside and out. Mori explained what had happened and that Courtesy was now corporate. I was furious with Norm and I am so glad he is no longer part of your business. That guy is straight up bad business and super bad Karma! However, due to Mori's honesty and detailed explanation of what happened I was willing to hear more as oppose to taking my business over to Cadillac, I had been thinking about trying one of their units. He took to the books of information, hit up the galleries, worked some numbers and improved the financing dramatically. I have worked at my fair share of dealerships and I know the games of which I will not tolerate ever. Mori didn't try anything, not once, he was open, honest, had the answers, if he didn't know the answer he made sure he had the right ones and never guessed or sway bared any questions I had. He was working with us, not against us and not for just himself. I love my new 2014 Jeep and hope that this one holds together long enough that I can get some accessories on it and maybe into the bush this time at some point. The new concave front window is a great change, the flat windows were bad, day one I had rock chips. The 2014 looks more butch and I love the factory rims. I wanted to have them on my 2012 but after going through the booklet and ordering what I wanted from Norm he told me you would never make it and I had to settle for something on the lot. Even settled on the colour interior. Not this time, Mori had and provided everything I wanted and more. I have a running list of things for service to look at when I take it in though. The passenger heated seat is not working from day one, the cruise control is turning off by it's self, things like that. I really hope that I don't have another lemon. When it comes to staff there is a difference much like someone who rents a home or purchases a home. A renter will not maintain the home and allow wear and tear. An owner will fix things and mow the lawn. Put the two side by side and in 5 years the difference is seen on a massive scale. Mori is an Owner. He treats his customers like they are truly his, he follows up and follows through. He is hard working, dedicated and you can tell that he loves what he does. He does it with passion and pride but above all honesty and truth which is a much bigger turn on for a market expected to cheat and lie to you as a consumer. Its impossible to find someone you can trust in the auto industry let alone has the ability not to be shady/greedy and to deal in trust, truth and honesty... Mori is 5 STARS! More

We were asked to go in many times to exchange our vehicle usually they tried to pressure us into something we didn’t want or ask for... at Courtesy they asked us what we were interested in and they went out of their way to find it for us. What we got was a fabulous vehicle that was the colour and style we wanted with hooray!... no noticeable problems. We are extremely happy over all with our experience at Courtesy and have recommended and will continue to recommend the dealership and employee(s). The salesman who met us on the lot was quick to greet us on our arrival and help us find what we were looking for. The deal went great and we were impressed to get into the vehicle we had been looking for that day! Issues started coming up with vehicle on the way home. Rotors on the brakes were warped and could not be felt until a extremely firm brake application was applied. Dan Eliot and the service staff were quick to correct the problem although, there was an issue after the repairs with the brakes heating up. Again, the service staff were quick to check into the problem and make sure repairs had been performed correctly. One issue that came up while trying to register the vehicle was that it was a car that came from out of province. It required an out of province inspection, something that was overlooked by the dealership. There was some "stumbling" that went on trying to get the right paperwork in place so that we could register the vehicle. It took a few trips back and forth to Calgary to finally get everything completed in this deal. My fiance and I were a little unsettled with the shortcomings of this deal however, the management and staff at Courtesy Chrysler were very apologetic for the problems and did compensate us for having to go out of our way to get things finalized on the deal. Even after all the issues we had, we would go back to Courtesy Chrysler and deal again. Yes there were issues but, they didn't try to sweep them under the rug! Rather, they remained helpful, concerned and honest! Thank you, Dan Eliot and staff at Courtesy Chrysler! More

This was my first ever vehicle, I've never been shopping for one before with friends and only have the vague recollections of joining my parents when This was my first ever vehicle, I've never been shopping for one before with friends and only have the vague recollections of joining my parents when I was 12 years old and bouncing around the dealership like it was a toy store. Rob was a god-send! They were the one of the first dealerships I went into and the dealership to which I compared the rest of my shopping experience. And really...no one was able to ever compare to the service I got at Courtesy Chrysler Overall, when I went into all the other dealerships (and I do mean ALL...oi veh....there are so many!), I found myself leaving frustrated and exhausted. I had a budget and a function in mind. I knew what I wanted and had done a fair bit of research, as well as asking anyone and everyone about their experiences and advice. Everywhere I went, I was treated like a child. I'm a young, professional woman and about half the dealerships I went into either ignored me or I had to insist that at least one person answer a couple questions. Overall, having someone take me seriously and getting direct answers was like pulling teeth. BUT! Then I walked into Courtesy Chrysler. To be honest, when Rob helped me out that day, all of the other dealerships were in trouble. He was relaxed and open to hearing what I needed. If I asked for something, for information, more details about pricing, objective opinions, ANYTHING...he found an answer for me. Hahah I think it was one of the reasons I was so frustrated with the other places, I was just another sale at other dealerships and I never felt like I could relax and enjoy the process because I wasn't getting the details and attention I had at Courtesy Chrysler. Instead I had to navigate a whole bunch of hidden fees and fluff and still no have the whole picture. I would say "Can you get me anything under 300?" and I had one dealership respond "Numbers are easy! No problem!....380 okay?" and another offer 320.00$ only to come back after letting me drive it for the day to say "Ohhh! Glad you loved the vehicle but we accidentally quoted you on leasing it - it's close though! 420!"...what a nightmare. At Courtesy Chrysler, working with Rob, I knew exactly what I was getting into. I was able to compare different models and understand where the pricing was coming from and when I got into the financing office, there were no unpleasant surprises - everything was what I expected. It was so nice to finally feel like people were listening and taking me seriously. When I was sorting out vehicles and details with Rob, it was so much fun! I would ask if we could make my budget work or what my options were and he found not one but a couple in the range I had hoped for! FINALLY! Someone listens. It was so wonderful. Honestly, it was like hanging out with a friend, he was friendly and open and we'd chat in between sorting out details. My boyfriend met him and instantly loved him (mind you, it helped that he had an appreciation for the outdoors and climbing - so we always were on the same page). My needs were met and exceeded by my vehicle and I absolutely love it!! Even now, if I have any questions, I know I can give him a shout and he'll likely have an answer ASAP or know where I can find one. Anyone I talk to now who is looking to buy a vehicle, I immediately talk to them about Rob. He was fantastic and ultimately made the buying process a lot of fun!
