Our purchase I was very happy with the service we received up until we came back to go over our financing. We waited while the finance lady Terri was with another I was very happy with the service we received up until we came back to go over our financing. We waited while the finance lady Terri was with another customer, which was fine but this ended up turning into a 2 hour wait, then as she was finished up and we though was ready for us another sale person brough in his customers to her and she started working with them. We finally said something to a gentleman who asked how we are doing (now 2.5 hours later) and explained that we were not too happy. He did get Darrell the sales guy we were dealing with and Justin and they managed to get us into see Glenn who finished up our paperwork, which would have been better had we been able to see someone else sooner. Overall we were very happy with the service and with our purchase just frustrated about the time we wasted standing around waiting for 2.5 hours to get our paperwork done. More

As we did not want to make a decision that fast she was more than happy to say go home put your little one to bed and come back tomorrow or the next day when you are 100% sure with your decision. With her sincerity and understanding that it is a big decision when you are buying a vehicle she did not put any pressure on saying this deal is only good for today as we all know we have heard that saying before. We came back 2 days later as it was still unclear if the purchase would be made as we had more questions to be asked of her. All of our questions were answered and the decision was yes we would be new owners of a truck. Trade In We got a call from Brian B saying that the dealership wanted our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and wondered if we wanted a 2014 of the same model. We got a call from Brian B saying that the dealership wanted our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and wondered if we wanted a 2014 of the same model. We made an appointment just to see what the whole deal was. As we were meeting with Brian, he was very friendly & respectful towards us. No pushing a sale on us, letting us take our time and see what our options were. We started thinking about upgrading our Overland to a SRT as this is what we were aiming to buy during our purchasing of the Overland, but none were available at the time. Brian showed us the models they had available & with detail explained the difference between our current model and the SRT. Naturally we fall in love with the SRT. Took out the bosses for a test drive, which we were impressed that they would let us do that. They had just recieved a Red JGC SRT, but was in a different lot, during our test drive Brian took us to the lot that had the red set. We thought this was nice of them as well. Everything went smoothly, even during the finance part of it, we met with Kim Power, who was also amazing! Very friendly & kind & we were able to feel comfortable and have conversations with her, this experience of financing was a lot better than when we first got our JGC Overland. Overall, Brian B & Kim Power, both made our purchasing experience wonderful & easy. We are extremely happy to finally have our dream vehicle the JGC SRT.
