Jon MacCuaig was excellent at helping me with any questions I had about the vehicles and Hugh Bullen was also very helpful with getting everything else set up and taken care of. Unfortunately the written deal did not properly reflect the verbal deal agreed to. Also certain incentives were misrepresented. Upon reviewing the initial review the sales manager called me. Unfortunately he simply tried to justify his misrepresentations. Upon rejecting his "explanations" he tried to offer me some no value and low value incentives. Sensing my continued discontent he promised to get back to me that day but no call ever came. More
