He realized immediately we were connected through culture. Glenn understood our frustration with having been in the office for an extended period of time....2.5 hours to get our paper work finished and was able to complete timely. Would and have recommended that anyone needing assistance with finances at the dealership request Glenn's support. Thanks Glenn!!! Terrilyn Anderson started out to be our finance officer. She is very friendly and approachable. Unfortunately she faced several challenges which appear to be a result of inexperience. She had to seek assistance from other staff and eventually relied on senior financial personnel -Glenn to assist us with our transactions....purchase of two vehicles. Overall the experience was comparable to others within the industry. Two negatives to bring to light: - the unnecessary wait time to have financial paperwork completed - disappointment with the discovery of scratches on our vehicle following return to service for undercoating and paint protection. More

Great Customer Service Tim was enthusiastic all through the dealings and was very easy to work with. She knew her vehicles, the size of their engines, and the features they offered. She provided a relaxed atmosphere in which to decide what we were looking for. She then approached the manager for his best price and we had a deal. We would not hesitate in coming to Carole for our next vehicle. More

Best. Buying. Experience. Ever. Leah and I were in the market for a new vehicle and thought we'd cruise the Calgary Auto Mall. We visited several dealerships, test drove a couple of Leah and I were in the market for a new vehicle and thought we'd cruise the Calgary Auto Mall. We visited several dealerships, test drove a couple of very nice units, then ambled into Courtesy Chrysler's showroom. I stood for a moment, looking around for a salesperson, when I heard a friendly voice to one side. "Can I help you, sir?" I looked over - and then up - at a tall, bearded, trim, muscular, smiling, neatly dressed young man. Tattoos peeked out from under his shirtsleeves. He towered over me and I took an involuntary half-step back. My gosh, I thought, do car dealerships have bouncers? This was our introduction to Kelly Ryan and Courtesy Chrysler and the best new vehicle buying experience of our lives. We were trading in an MB GLK 350 and looking for a crossover SUV around the same size, six cylinder, gas, well-optioned. Kelly took us out to the lot and showed us a couple of Cherokees, chatted about the features, sat with us inside and ran through the controls and the infotainment centre (best on the market, IMHO). He never hurried, answered all our questions. The Cherokee's an impressive vehicle but somehow it wasn't what we were looking for, although we couldn't quite put it into words. Kelly wasn't fazed. "I've been listening and I think I've got a feel for you now," he said. "Let me show you something you'll really like." He walked us over to a Cherokee Trailhawk - one I had strolled right by on our way out to the lot - and bang, we were hooked. Kelly had us pegged. "That's a very aggressive looking vehicle," mused Leah. "Almost mean-looking." "I know," said Kelly. "I like it," said Leah. "I know!" said Kelly. Kelly went to extraordinary lengths over the next couple of hours to show us around the Trailhawk, explaining all its features and getting us into one for a test drive - a rollicking adventure in itself given my absolute lack of any sense of direction. Kelly clearly wanted us to be satisfied we were making an informed buying decision. He was completely focused on us the whole time, no distractions, like he respected what it meant to us to lay out the money for a new car. And, like he wanted to match us with the vehicle we needed and would be happy with rather than the one that would max his commission. There was never a moment when we felt Kelly was glossing over a question or gratuitously up-selling us. Leah and I have never dealt with such a personable, open, friendly, authentic, patient, disarming, thoughtful and fun sales person, on top of knowledgeable and professional. The time we spent with Kelly that day was a highlight experience that we'll remember and talk about for a very long time. Kelly handed us off to Justin, the sales manager, to get the numbers on our trade-in and the price of the Trailhawk. Justin was a straight up, no-guff kind of guy, and the numbers he laid out were much more than acceptable. Justin outlined the buying options for us, and the financing package he offered was so convenient that we couldn't pass it up. Then we sat down with Kim to get the paperwork out of the way. Lemme tell you something about Kim: she is a live wire. What might have been a cheerless exercise - getting all the details straight, transferring the registration, co-ordinating with our insurance provider and our lender, completing and signing all the documents - was actually one of the most enjoyable and relaxing parts of the whole thing because of Kim. Who is funny. Warm. Charming. Spirited. Effervescent. All while being absolutely in control of all the irksome ins and outs of nailing down the paper trail. Wow, did she make things easy for us. Kim the completely awesome, who rocks a critical portion of the buying experience that many people people wrongly dismiss as "just the paperwork". What can we tell you in the end? That we recommend the Chrysler brand and product line? Check. That we recommend Courtesy Chrysler? Check and check. That we are more excited about our new Trailhawk than we have been about many - most - of our new vehicle purchases? Check, check and check. But much more than this, please allow us the privilege of recommending to you wholeheartedly, without reservation, in all sincerity, the people at Courtesy Chrysler who made this buying experience absolutely the best we've every enjoyed: Kelly Ryan, Kim Power and Justin Chang.
