First order, the vehicle was in Ontario and was supposed to take two weeks to deliver. After waiting two weeks, I was informed that vehicle was severely damaged in lot. This necessitated a personal factory order to get all the options I desired. Production was slow due to backlog of orders; then delivery was slowed due to shortage of railcars. Through this process which took approximately six months (ugh), Darrell was attentive to my needs and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Had I counted on receiving this vehicle earlier, I would have had to look at alternatives. Fortunately, I was able to withstand the lengthy wait. I have since discovered a small scratch that had been quickly penciled over; however, I was told to take the vehicle to Courtesy collision and repair - they will be repainting the full tailgate. Darrell has continually made himself available for any help that I might require now, or in the future. I have only had my vehicle a week at this point, but I love it and feel the wait has been worth it. More

These guys are very upfront about what is going on and really are outstanding customer service representatives. Kim was our finance manager and she broke everything down and took her time explaining things to us to make sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into. She really did "fight in our corner". Leslie was our sales girl who took us on our test drive and got the whole process rolling. She is very bubbly and exciting and fun to work with. She really made the experience enjoyable. Justin was our sales manager who really worked hard to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted. It was very nice to see a dealer who wanted to sell you something you wanted rather than try to take you for what you are worth. Carole was the girl who did our "delivery". She made sure it was clean, fueled up, and showed us all of the ins and outs of the jeep before we left the loft. She is a wonderful person that I hope the company holds on to for a long time! We weren't a hundred percent sure what we were looking for, but Mike was calm, listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. We have the best of both worlds, a sports car, and sedan in one for a newborn. The charger srt8 wasn't available at the location we visited, but they were able to get us the car in a timely manner. We also received a complimentary gift, which had a variety of things included a first aid kit, and water bottle. I highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler, as you wont leave disappointed. Mike as well as the rest of the staff were very kind, and made us feel like a part of a friendly environment. We appreciate their service, and we're LOVING our new car!! More

We were under the assumption that we were receiving a specific model from another dealership and thus received no communication back with confirmation after putting a deposit on it. We ended up calling after 4 days of not hearing from dealership to see if we were in fact receiving this unit. We were then told this was a demo and would need to start the search all over again. All in all we ended up with a real nice unit but feel that the communication between dealership personnel and customer needs improvement . More
