A Totally New Experience I recently was looking for a new vehicle to replace my current truck after it was in a collision and have bought 3 vehicles previously from Courtesy C I recently was looking for a new vehicle to replace my current truck after it was in a collision and have bought 3 vehicles previously from Courtesy Chrysler. My dealer choice was for the brand I knew and trusted and its proximity to where I work and the fact that I received rebates because of the company I worked for, it was not for the customer service. After explaining my situation to the sales person who also introduced me to the manager we were able to make a great deal and I got even more than I was looking for in my new vehicle. The staff and experience at Courytesy was like night and day compared to previous visits and I would recommend this dealership and especially the mentioned staff ( Darrel Sirelpuu, Justin Chang, and Terrilyn Anderson) to anyone looking to purchase or even ask question. After spending a minute or two walking around the lot, Jason approached me and the rest is history. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that it took no time before I had settled on the perfect vehicle. I never felt pressure from Jason to purchase right away and when I needed a night to sleep on it, he was nice enough to follow up and keep me updated during that period. I came back the next day, bought the car, and even had a bit more taken off the sale price thanks to Jason. After I decided to purchase the vehicle I was introduced to Glenn to deal with the financing. Just like Jason, Glenn was an absolute treat. I felt like there was complete transparency about what I was paying for and believe that he had my best interests in mind throughout the process. I feel completely at ease knowing that I have have the best plan for me. I would absolutely recommend to go see Jason (sales) and Glenn (finance) if you want a personable and reliable car buying experience. More

Also a suggestion or idea i would like to see dealerships do is contact you after sale to make sure things are okay, and that the customer is happy. However that being said, there are way more positives with this dealership, and my experience, that i will gladly refer others.
