This is the second vehicle I've purchsed from them in less than a year. This time they got me the Jeep I wanted at a great rate, when Varsity couldn't make deal the work. Vince, Lanette and Hugh were all friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Each one took the time to explain each process of the sale with great detail and easily answered any question I had. Hugh even went beyond to attempt to get me an even better interest rate. Would definitely recommend Courtesy to anyone in the market for a Dodge or Jeep. More

Deplorable ! After having my 2013 Jeep for TWO MONTHS, for a service and a insurance claim to change out the radio/ Nav system, I FINALLY got my vehicle back with After having my 2013 Jeep for TWO MONTHS, for a service and a insurance claim to change out the radio/ Nav system, I FINALLY got my vehicle back with only part of the "please fix" list having been completed. The incompetence, rudeness and complete disregard for customer satisfaction has made it certain that neither myself, my vehicle or anyone I know if I can help it will ever use UN-Courteous Chrysler for anything but an example of the worst service possible. One would think that after having a customer's vehicle for TWO MONTHS, that they would at least offer to pick them up in a courtesy car, Not here ! One would also think that after TWO MONTHS that they would at least rinse the vehicle off, so that it goes back to the customer as clean as when it went in ... NOT HERE !! They don't give a xxxx ! And if your really lucky you'll get "Jason" on the phone who will treat you as condescending as possible and add a new definition to rude ! Avoid this place at all cost ! There isn't a score low enough for me to "award" this gong show. More

During her process of buying a new journey Mike answered a few of my questions as did a few other employees and from that moment they peaked my interest. A few email exchanges later and I was test driving and in my new RAM 1500 a few weeks later. I found Mike and Terrilyn to be very honest and very helpful in searching for what I wanted and not pushy in getting me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. The experience was great and I absolutely love my new truck! I fully recommend seeing Mike Good when looking for a new car, truck, crossover, or jeep when visiting Courtesy Chrysler. More

Worst Dealership Experience By far the worst dealership experience we have ever had. The funny thing is, we were initially very pleased with everything. The vehicle and the price By far the worst dealership experience we have ever had. The funny thing is, we were initially very pleased with everything. The vehicle and the price worked out great and the sales person and financing rep worked really quickly as we were on a tight timeline. We greatly appreciated their efforts. Our issues stemmed from the dealership's dishonesty and the amount of work we had to do as the customer to get these issues resolved. On our due bill we had a note that our old car starter from our trade in would be transferred to the new one free of charge, in addition to an undercoating we had prepaid for. So we waited for the service department to schedule us in, but heard nothing for weeks. We had to be the ones to initiate contact and find out when we could be scheduled. We actually called a few times and left messages before anyone got back to us. When they finally did they said that the car starter in the trade in was not compatible with the new vehicle. Long story short, a lot of research was done and it turns out it was compatible but would require a lot more labor. Even when we advised them of this, they still said they can't do it. It took us escalating our dissatisfaction with these conflicting statements to the GM before they even decided to book our vehicle in and "try" to install the starter. The service day was horrible. What I was unhappy about was that when they called to say that my vehicle was done (and surprise surprise, the car starter was successfully installed by the way). I clarified on the phone "everything is done? I can pick up my car now?" and they said yes so I organised to get a lift to their location. When we got there an hour after the phone call, the vehicle was in fact, not done and we had to wait an additional hour for the undercoating before it was ready. Why on earth someone would call a customer advising their vehicle is done when it isn't is beyond me. End of the day, this experience was beyond disappointing. We had visited two other dealerships before coming to Courtesy and were very happy that we did, until the nightmare of the service department. More
