After I picked up my vehicle from this dealership my experiences have been getting worse and worse. They have not provided me with what they have promised me. The service representative that I spoke wit experiences have been getting worse and worse. They have not provided me with what they have promised me. The service representative that I spoke with (Joe) was very unprofessional when dealing with me. I will give them a chance to change things other wise I will write another review explaining step by step what they have done and why I am dissatisfied with the service I have been provided. I spoke with another service rep who was very nice, I could tell that he was sorry for how I have been treated, to him I seemed to be a human and not a business transaction and for that I am very thankful to that individual.
