Great service, honest, a pleasent expierance. I did a lot of shopping around for a new wrangler, and was having a horrible expierance. I almost bought from Big 4, but when they wouldn't admit to a simple mistake, and blamed it on me, I took back my deposit and decided to buy elsewhere. Luckely I ended up at Courtesy. It was completely differnt from what I was expecting. They wernt pushy, they gave me a better deal than big4 without having to fight tooth and nail, and customer service was top knotch. Overall, I'm quite happy with my dealings there, and I will be recommending them in the future. More

Great Customer Service I came into your dealership looking to possibly buy a new Grand Caravan. I met Mori and he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and not pus I came into your dealership looking to possibly buy a new Grand Caravan. Later in the week we talked again and he let me know that they had just taken in a 2012 Grand Caravan on a trade in. Mori was able to secure me a good price on it and snows on rims as well which was important to me. I was very impressed with Mori's sales and customer service skills. I'm in that business myself and recognize superior service when I see it. Terrilyn took care of my financing for me and was very friendly and professional. Terrilyn explained all of my options in a patient and easy to understand manner. Very enjoyable! I will be looking forward to dealing with Mori and Terrilyn for all of my future vechile needs and will recommend them to others. I am already using your service department for my new van (oil change and putting snows on) and am happy with the service there as well.
