This time I went in prepared. Didn't recognise anyone. I told them my previous experience, and they really listened! This time, I got a great trade in value - and excellent service! They even listened to my nitpicking and did something about it. They made me feel good about my purchase - finally! Tim went out of his way to get me everything I wanted as quickly as he could. Now I'm in a 2015 Trailhawk! I miss the old vehicle (love the Wranglers!) but I am really happy this time with my purchase! It goes to show that businesses do listen! What an improvement! Jazz was very personable and friendly, and took the time and effort to take me on a test drive (not to SELL me because I was already SOLD) but to tell me of all the features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. A week later, I returned, finalized the deal quickly with Stephen, and was very pleasantly surprised to have Jazz take me out on the lot and introduce me to my new vehicle.
