We already own several Dodge products (2003 Durango R/T, 1998 Durango SLT and a 1992 Caravan) and are very satisfied with their reliability and durability, but we wanted to add something a little more sporty to our driveway for when Colleen and I go out but could still fit our 3 children into it also. The answer Dodge Challenger, the only 2 door muscle car with seating for 5. We were already aware of Courtesy Chrysler as my cousin Glen has a 2014 Dodge Charger SRT8 and that is where he gets all his servicing done on it. Courtesy was having a yearend blowout sale so Colleen and I popped in and spoke with Markus Varley in the sales department and told him what we were looking for in the way of body/interior colours, options, mileage and engine. He told us that they had no used Challengers on their lot at the present time however they were linked with many other Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth Dealers and was sure he could find us something that would satisfy our wants and needs. The next day Markus phoned us and asked if we could come in as he felt he had found what he believed would fulfill all our wishes and boy did he deliver !!! Markus found us a Dark Charcoal Gray 2012 Dodge Challenger SXT Sinister Sport that had just over 22K on the odometer, the only thing missing off of wish list was the car not having a remote starter which they were going to get installed for us. Markus introduced us to Matt Thorne (Sales Manager), who got the ball rolling on getting the vehicle shipped to their location. Glenn Locke (Finance Manager), who went over what was remaining on the bumper to bumper and drivetrain warranties with us and what options we had for extending them. He also went over the many payment options that they have to make purchasing a quality car easier. Joan Burnett (Parts Specialist), who can get you any Mopar part you may want or need to keep your baby running right, looking good and sounding sweet. Christine Taylor (Internal Service Advisor), who set up an appointment with us to get the remote starter installed for us and went over how the service department and their customer shuttle service work. They shipped it down from central Alberta 2 days later and we drove it home New Years Eve. I got my first car 42 years ago and always bought privately, but after going to Courtesy Chrysler with my cousin Glen when he would take his SRT8 in for servicing and meeting different staff members there, I thought I would give the dealership a try and after our experience with Courtesy Chrysler we will never buy private again. They have our business for life and with our 3 daughters (ages turning 15, 14 and 11 this year) needing vehicles in the not so distant future, they will have our families business for quite a while. My New Jeep!! I was very pleased when i walked into the dealership and wasn't bombarded with a sales person, Jaz came and asked if i needed help and that if i neede I was very pleased when i walked into the dealership and wasn't bombarded with a sales person, Jaz came and asked if i needed help and that if i needed anything that he was more then willing to help me, when i decided to look at a jeep that caught my eye, he was very pleasant, he showed me how everything worked before we test drove it, and i felt comfortable driving the jeep. Of course falling in love with the jeep, he had everything ready to go for me, he was very organized. Then he introduced me to hugh, who is very kind, and has a great sense of humour, Hugh did a great job of getting my jeep to me as soon as possible, as i am a mother of two, who had no car at the time.
