service department my experience with the service department has been nothing short of horrible! i called in with concerns about my jeep navigation and sync acting up. my experience with the service department has been nothing short of horrible! i called in with concerns about my jeep navigation and sync acting up. i had stated the touch screen is not working and the sync seemed to be a bit slow in responding. they told me they will get a new navigation and touch screen on order since it is not responsive. when a young female called me to confirm my appointment she stated they were replacing the sync and looking at the navigation. i corrected her and told her no the navigation is to be exchanged and the sync looked at, she said oh yes sorry you are right. sure enough when my appointment came time they did not have the right part and stated they will make sure to get the right one on order. i made an appointment for 2 weeks later they stated they can change it. i brought my jeep in for servicing, it sat there for 4 hours and they called me then telling me they didn't have the part. they called me a few months later stating the part has finally arrived. so i bring in my jeep at 7:30 am. it sat there until 11:30, then i get a call saying it's NOT being done (so now have wasting my whole morning off work) and that the parts department accidentally sent it back. but they can get it in a couple days for sure no problem. so i then rebook it. due to to all this frustration i have called again (today) to confirm the part is there so i am not wasting my day again when i could have my vehicle and they told me they did not get the part on order in time and have to wait until the next shipment and have to rebook me yet again!!! i did not get a call i did not get any warning, and i wouldn't have found out they didn't have the part until i brought it in for the servicing and it would have sat there for hours again. needless to say i am more the frustrating with the lack of communication and dis-organization in the servicing department. More

Jeep Patriot I've has some really bad past experience with dealerships before so it was really nice how easy and painless the process was here. Everyone works so I've has some really bad past experience with dealerships before so it was really nice how easy and painless the process was here. Everyone works so hard and they got everything to me way faster than expected and they followed through with everything. I got my car within a couple hours of picking it since it wasn't on the lot. They had left immediately to go get it because they knew I was time sensitive to my job and was possibly needing to leave town the next day or the day after. It was like that too with adding the finishing touches. Because I was possibly leaving soon they got me in the next morning to put the 3m on my jeep. Unfortunately they didn't have time to do the fenders that day so they made a promise to call when there was time. I had forgotten they hadn't put the 3m on and they called to remind me and book a time as soon as they had a second which was good or I wouldn't have remembered. It was really nice that they've followed up to make sure I'm enjoying my new car. My sales guy was ridiculously knowledgeable. He knew the answer to every question I had. It was really nice and comforting to deal with someone who knew what they were talking about. He was also super friendly and easy to talk to. More

They where talking behind my back like he my not get accepted bla bla bla never got the 90 days no payments offer the excuse was from glen that my credit score not allow but Colin hided that from me that I was not getting it . Find that intrest over 5% a little excessive . But the fact that I needed a car urgent and took care of insurance for me made things much easier. Great service, great price, easy to deal with! No long story here, did some research about the vehicles I wanted to look at. Visited a couple of dealerships and finally my way over to Courtesy, was No long story here, did some research about the vehicles I wanted to look at. Visited a couple of dealerships and finally my way over to Courtesy, was greeted nicely upon entering. Talked with Brent for a bit about what I was looking and went for a test drive. The vehicle was way better than I expected, came back and discussed options. Both Brent and Kris were straightforward and easy to work with. In the end I walked out a very happy customer, would highly recommend! More
